Seth Ryan

Seth Ryan is a founding partner of eHire and eHire Labs, and is responsible for the management and oversight of eHire‘s technology services practice. Seth is responsible for development, architecture and delivery of critical technology solutions for eHire’s customers. Seth has a background in both technical and business development skills. Prior to eHire, he held a range of business development and sales positions at companies like Novell, Red Hat, OpenSpan and JBoss. Seth performed in the top five percent of all business development resources in each company while also winning Top Sales Executive award twice. Before his time in business development and sales, Seth spent seven years working at Accenture and Andersen Consulting. He was consistently ranked in the top five percent of all Accenture personnel while delivering complex technology solutions to customers such as BellSouth, Cingular and high growth startups.
Ed Grasing
Partner – eHire Labs
Ed Grasing is a founding partner of eHire and eHire Labs, and is responsible for the management and oversight of eHire’s technology recruiting functions. Ed has over 17 years experience in recruiting. His career started at Pencom Systems where he first recruited microkernel, compiler, and OS level build engineers. Through this experience he gained an extensive understanding of systems level technologies and how to best fill positions associated with them. In 1997 he relocated to Atlanta, turning this regional office into one of their most profitable locations before he left to found Revelation Partners in 2003. This recruiting firm was noted for their unique Relationship-Based Recruiting Methodology; a method focusing on a heavy mix of passive job seekers, relationship-based recruiting, and no use of job boards.
Kyle Tothill
Partner – eHire Labs
Kyle Tothill is a founding partner of eHire and eHire Labs, and is responsible for the management and oversight of the sales and business development recruiting practice. Kyle’s expertise is in advanced Talent Acquisition and Assessment Methodologies as well as Advanced Recruiting Outsourcing Solutions. Prior to eHire, he founded Clearpoint Consulting, Inc. in 2001, a company nationally recognized for providing specialized executive search and recruiting services. As founder and managing partner, Kyle helped the company successfully build and recruit sales teams for other startups, middle market firms, and multinational brands such as Sprint, Telx, Savvis, T-Mobile, Cox Communications, Red Hat and more. Before starting Clearpoint, he was contacted by Navikon Inc., an innovative marketing software company based in Atlanta, to help found, build, and develop the sales and marketing team. Kyle’s reputation of elite sales performance came from his experience at Robert Half international, where he was a Division Director and awarded with the coveted Chairman’s Club decoration and three promotions.
